Rachael is a talented project manager for both statistical and non-statistical web-based surveys. She is technologically skilled in managing large data bases and conducting statistical analysis. Her efforts include both quantitative and qualitative research methods working on the design, administration, and analysis of a variety of different surveys. In addition to working on client satisfaction surveys, Rachael has worked on over 100 parks and recreation surveys and Master Plans with Ron Vine across the US over the past 5 years.
As both a technical expert and good with the clients Rachael makes sure to really understand the needs of the manager. The extra effort sincerely conveys to the clients how much she cares about their success. Rachael believes citizen feedback and engagement are important to the health of communities. That public involvement is not just about getting feedback, but must start with providing avenues for communication and forums for discussion and deliberation both internally and externally to the citizen.
Her education, technical expertise, and growing experience make her stand out as a good team member to assist government agencies in “making citizen opinions matter”.
